Estrogen Dominance

"Estrogen dominance", a phrase coined by Dr. John R. Lee, is on the rise. Dominance results when the delicate balance between progesterone and estrogen, two important hormones that play a vital role in regulating a variety of human functions and systems, is destroyed. The Following are symptoms of estrogen dominance:


Allergy symptoms, including asthma, hives, rashes, Sinus issues
Inability to lose weight, Water retention
